Sparks Construction will provide a final-cost lump sum estimate for your project.  Some materials may be itemized and allowances made for fluctuation in material cost and other factors.  The final cost of the job will never go above the authorized estimate without advanced client approval in writing. 

Sparks Construction guarantees the quality of our materials and work.  We do not use materials provided by our clients as we can not guarantee the quality of material and craftsmanship.  

No.  Sparks Construction works closely with the town/city in which your work will be performed and will pull all necessary permits to ensure the scope of work meets your municipality’s code requirements. 

Nearly all work is performed ‘in house”.  Sparks Construction occasionally subcontracts speciality trades to complete certain aspects of your job.  

We work with fully licensed and insured subcontractors and we will schedule & communicate with them directly.  Your single point of contact will be with your Sparks Construction Supervisor. 

Each job is unique and therefore start time will vary dependent upon availability of materials, scope of work, permit processes and other factors.  We will always communicate expected timeframes up front and will work closely with you to ensure your job is completed on time, on budget, and to your satisfaction.
